24 hr telephone service. Units serviced daily with towels and trash pickup. Complete cleanup and linen change every 4 days. Extra
person $10.00 daily except suites. Call for suites extra person rate. No room tax for over 90 days stays. Advance deposit $100.00.
A cancellation notice of at least 30 days prior to arrival is required for a refund lessa $25 service charge. Cancellations made less than the required
number of days prior to arrival are not refundable. Balance due and payable at check-in. A charge of at least $100 will be charged for any
excessive odors to units. Roooms are treated by exterminator monthly. Add SC tax. Rates subject ot change without notice.
Off season rates for senior citizens. All rates are for 2 persons and are in lieu of all other discounts.
Monthly rates begin on the first of the month and require a full month's rental to qualify. Prorating may be available for early arrivals and late departures at the higher month's rate.
*February one month only rates. **February rates for two months or more. ***Angle ocean view is in the North Bldg lower floors only. Oceanfront middle building only.
