  • Sideview 2 Room Efficiency: 2 adults & 4 children or 4 adults.
  • All other rooms 4 persons max.

Rate Information

  • Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years of age. Add $10.00 per day per additional person.
  • Cots and cribs are $5.00 each per day.
  • Weekends, holidays, and special event rates are higher(call for quotes).
  • Rates do not include applicable local and state taxes.
  • The printed rate schedule supersedes all other rates quoted or assumed unless otherwise contracted.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservation Information

The Dayton House caters to mature adults, families, and couples. Our quiet, relaxed atmosphere does not appeal to the under 25 age groups. Singles under 25 must be accompanied by parents.

  • We require one night's rent and tax as an advanced deposit. This deposit applies to the last night of your scheduled stay.
  • Advanced deposits may be paid by approved credit card, money orders, and personal check, if the check is recieved 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Credit cards used to pay advanced deposits are charged at the time the reservation is made and are subject to all other reservation requirements.
  • If you must cancel, a cancellation notice of at least seven days prior to arrival is required for a refund less a $20 Processing Fee. Cancellations made less than the required number of days prior to arrival are not refundable.
  • We do not accept motorcycles or other motor vehicles that do not met our noise standards on our property.
  • No pets please.
  • We reserve the right to require a minimum number of nights stay on any type room at any time of the year. If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, your deposit may be forfeited. A 48-hour notice is required for early check-outs without penalties.
  • Beginning January 2007, all rooms are smoke free.

Check In Information

  • Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Dressing room is available for early arrivals. Check-out before 11:00 AM
  • THE BALANCE OF ROOM CHARGES IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL IN US FUNDS.
  • We do not accept personal or business checks as payment at check-in Payments other than advanced deposits must be made in cash, traveler's checks, or approved credit cards.

Discount Information

  • Discounts must be requested at the time of the original reservation and at check-in. Discount not requested at check-in may not be applied.
  • Only one discount per reservation; discounts do not apply to package, monthly, group or any other special rates.
  • Discounts may not apply to weekend stays of less than 3 nights or during holidays and special events.
  • Discounts and special rates may only be available on a limited number of each type room.
